Man ... I am right there with you, Jerred. This describes me, too. This share of yours—so aptly illustrated—describes the current condition of my interior space and exterior inertia right now, as well. You are so very not alone, my friend. THANK YOU for this meditation. We can't be the only two out there going through this. You bless me, brother.
Hey, Chris. Thanks so much, friend. Thanks for this - means a ton, and the reason we do this is to make sure we are connected, right? Even if it's virtually, it still matters. YOU ROCK!
Powerful and well put. Beautiful images. I commend your honesty and willingness to share. When we can’t see the why of our feelings let them settle and sit on us and feel the weight of them, then like taking off a coat, let them be and move. Sometimes these feelings give us a look into ourselves that we rarely see.
Thanks, Alan. I'm still learning!! 51 and it will never stop. Thank you for the confirmation - and I love how you put it "these feelings give us a look into ourselves that we rarely see." This is really awesome. Sometimes I just want them to go away... but there is power in taking moments to accept and understand.
